WebPeople will never get banned for this for a few reasons. First, Steamworks uses Spacewar by default in Unity and Unreal Engine integration. This can be changed by the developers however many will have left this as default. Removing this or banning all could affect developers and customers who have not pirated, this would be a PR nightmare.
