WebYes, but it doesn't recognize me for some reason and i tried resetting my password and user ID by entering all the required information they needed to make sure it was me requesting it and it refused saying it couldn't recognize me again. Tried Lloyds TSB also and it says my account has been moved to TSB which i knew anyway so it just directs me to there. WebJun 29, 2024 · that's fifteen miles away. I now find the following problem when trying to deposit a cheque using TSB's option of the Post Office. I present the cheque & deposit slip - only to be told by the rather abrupt counter staff that this isn't possible because I need a TSB envelope from the bank. I check on the TSB website.
