WebCoil whine is not a gpu issues. Its 99.9% of the time, a USER issue, because either your house/apartment power is "dirty" or your power supply is bad. I cannot cover this enough here. Almost EVERYONE who turns their card in for RMA because "coil whine", the company gets the card, tests it with their CLEAN power, no whine, and then sends it back.
