That being said, that high of a grade of a murmur needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist and the puppy may have a bad congenital issue. Ultimately, it may not be a resolvable issue and may lead to the demise of the dog. I would not purchase a puppy with a 3/6 heart murmur.
