Furthermore, the influence of plasma on-time on reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (ROS/RNS) levels in plasma treated medium (PTM) was also investigated. WebWe investigated each reactive species generated by the plasmas of argon, helium, mock air (N 2: O 2 = 8: 2), nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide using TPC, DMPO, and MGD-Fe. Plasma treatments of 200 μL solutions were operated at a distance of 6 mm from the plasma source outlet to the liquid surface for 30 s, as illustrated in Fig. 1.
