Now a days both companies products are getting pretty reliable. On one think you can compare as a company: >Fox 1 year warranty, R/S 2 years. Fox usually gets better reviews at the mid level with their Rhythm and Performance with grip dampers. The high end stuff seems to be about even and down to rider preference.
