WebScorptec. Is a scam site. They are happy to take your money but You will never receive the goods! I placed an order for a $2800 monitor in Dec22. It was sent to the Startrack warehouse about 52kms away from the delivery address. When i was home when the delivery was supposed to have taken place. WebSent unit back and asked for refund, Scorptec then denied this request and sent unit blindly to an old address without checking after a few weeks. No apologies given at any point, no empathy. Just “warranty officers” who prioritise the companies return rate over customer satisfaction. Buyer be warned. Date of experience: 06 September 2024

WebScorptec are only good for a massive sale. Items took weeks to ship even being listed as "in stock". With one item that was returned under warranty there was over four weeks with no response, they then gave a refund in store credit and didn't include the delivery or return costs which is a breach of Australian Consumer Law.
